Abstract

The purpose of the present research is to improve the posture of the gymnasts during their performance, by using coregraphical means in their training. The following research methods were used in this study: the analysis of data from specialized literature; pedagogical observation; tests; experimental study; comparative tests; statistical and mathematical processing and interpretation of data.

The experimental study was conducted on a group of four gymnasts, with ages ranging from 10 to 11, from CSS Gymnastics Focşani. The initial and final tests regarding the evaluation of the correct and aesthetic posture of the gymnasts were effectuated during the evaluation contests carried out at CSS Focşani in October 2012 and May 2013, respectively. The testing consisted of verifying the gymnasts’ performance during all four contests, performance that was graded according to the Code of Points. During the performance, the stress fell on the accurate posture of the gymnasts during all the acrobatic and artistic elements.

The gymnasts who participated in the experiment attended a special preparation program during training, which included a series of coregraphical methods carefully planned for each step of the training. The choreographic preparation exercises were permanently accompanied by music, as music is a methodical procedure and has, thanks to its particularities, an important role in shaping an accurate and expressive posture during artistic movements.

 

Rezumat

Cercetarea de faţă a avut ca scop perfecţionarea ţinutei corecte a execuţiei gimnastelor prin utilizarea mijloacelor coregrafice în antrenamentul acestora. Pentru acest studiu am folosit următoarele metode de cercetare: analiza datelor literaturii de specialitate; observaţia pedagogică; metoda testelor; studiu experimental; metoda comparativă; metode statistico-matematice de prelucrare şi interpretare a datelor.

Studiul experimental s-a desfăşurat cu o grupă de patru gimnaste de 10-11 ani din cadrul CSS Gimnastică Focşani. Testările iniţiale şi finale privind evaluarea ţinutei corecte şi estetice a gimnastelor s-au efectuat la concursuri de verificare desfăşurate la CSS Focşani în octombrie 2012 şi respectiv în mai 2013. Testarea gimnastelor a constat în verificarea execuţiilor gimnastelor la cele patru aparate de concurs, prin care a fost apreciată, conform Codului de punctaj FIG, ţinuta corectă pentru toate elementelor acrobatice şi artistice din cadrul exerciţiului integral al gimnastei.

Gimnastele din grupa de experiment au urmat în cadrul antrenamentului un program special de pregătire ce a cuprins o serie de mijloace coregrafice planificate atent în fiecare etapă de pregătire. Exerciţiile de pregătire coregrafică au fost însoţite permanent de acompaniament muzical, muzica fiind un procedeu metodic şi având prin particularităţile sale un rol important în formarea ţinutei corecte şi expresive a mişcărilor.
